3. Products

Flash Race Parts specializes in aftermarket motorcycle parts and accessories.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, products sold through our website are aftermarket components and are not manufactured, endorsed, or approved by the original vehicle manufacturer.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor differences in appearance, packaging, or supplied accessories may occur.


4. Compatibility

Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility before placing an order.

Compatibility information provided on the website is based on available information and customer feedback but does not constitute a guarantee of fitment in every case.


5. Road Legality and Product Use

Certain products sold by Flash Race Parts may not carry ECE, E-Mark, DOT, or other regional certifications required for road use.

Products may be intended for off-road, track, racing, exhibition, or show use only depending on local regulations.

Customers are solely responsible for determining whether a product may legally be installed and used in their country, state, or jurisdiction.

Flash Race Parts accepts no liability for misuse or non-compliance with local laws.


6. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the selected currency.

Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities unless explicitly stated.

Customers are responsible for all import-related charges applicable in their country.


7. Payment

We accept payment through approved payment providers including PayPal, credit cards, and other methods displayed at checkout.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization.


8. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier delays, supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier where permitted by applicable law.


9. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.


10. Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

Returned products must:

  • be unused
  • be in original condition
  • include original packaging
  • not show signs of installation or modification

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.

Custom-made, special-order, or installation-related products and services are non-refundable.


11. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • order number
  • description of the issue
  • photographs showing the defect

We reserve the right to determine whether replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund is appropriate.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flash Race Parts shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages
  • consequential damages
  • loss of income
  • loss of use
  • installation costs
  • workshop expenses
  • vehicle downtime

Maximum liability shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the affected product.


13. Installation

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation of purchased products.

Improper installation may result in product failure, vehicle damage, or legal non-compliance.

Professional installation is recommended where appropriate.


14. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, text, and images are the property of Flash Race Parts unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.


15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swiss law.

The place of jurisdiction shall be Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
