Right of Withdrawal
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- be unused
- not have been installed
- be in its original condition
- be returned in its original packaging
- include all supplied accessories and documentation

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- products that have been installed or modified
- products showing signs of use
- custom-made or special-order products
- installation services
- products damaged by improper installation or handling
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Flash Race Parts is not responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will review the case and provide a suitable solution, which may include replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
